Review Policy
All book reviews that appear in this blog are written by me. I typically write the review shortly after I completely read the book. I do not read any other reviews on a book prior to writing it I base it solely on my own opinion. I am not paid nor do I accept payment in exchange for reading and reviewing books. I try to be as honest as possible in my reviews if I don't really love a book I will note that in my review.I will accept review requests in the all book genres currently I am trying to get more and more reviews added to my blog. I am willing to accept requests from large publishers and independent publishers alike. I prefer to receive paperback copies of the books that I am going to review, but a KINDLE version or PDF is also accepted.
Upon receiving the copy, I will finish the book within a in timely manner and post a review in this blog as well as in my Good Reads account. I use a 5 star rating system for my evaluations, wherein:
5/5 = EXCELLENT. This is book is amazing and I will most likely be rereading it at the time of writing the review. I suggest running out to get this book.
4/5 = VERY GOOD. I enjoyed this book! The story line, character development where great to keep the book moving.
3/5 = SATISFACTORY, I liked the book and it was easy to follow story line, but it didn't have my full attention.
2/5 = NEEDS A BIT OF WORK. This book was challenging to get into and there were several issues I found. Characters are not well developed or believable and the plot is hard to follow or lacking in several areas.
1/5 = NOT HAPPY. I really didn't like this book, it was beyond a challege to get into. Most likely took awhile to read.
DNF = Did Not Finish. Used when, for whatever reason, I was not able to finish the book.
